Every family carries a story worth preserving, and it is my privilege to witness the seasons of change that shape who you are becoming, both as an IBCLC Lactation care provider, and as an artist.
My photography focuses on capturing the raw, tender, and genuine moments of family life and the journey of matrescence. From birth and postpartum to infant feeding, maternity, and family sessions, I create images that reflect your story with reverence.
The images shared here are only a glimpse into the stories I have been trusted to witness. Some of the most meaningful moments are also the most private — held close by families in the sacred seasons of birth, feeding, and early parenthood. Sessions can always be tailored to your comfort level and the story you wish to preserve. It would be my pleasure to discuss your vision and help tell your story.

The Heartbeat Session (Minis)
$125 CAD
- Mini (approximately 20 minutes) session in your home or location of your choosing.
- Minimum 5 (up to 10) retouched, high-resolution digital images in photographer’s style will be shared via online gallery.
- Excellent for quick infant feeding journey sessions, “Fresh 48,” or squeezing in a few postpartum captures without an overwhelming time commitment.
The Becoming Space Session (45 minutes)
$225 CAD
- 45 minute session in the comfort of your home or location of choice.
- Minimum 25 retouched, high-resolution digital images in photographer’s style will be shared via online gallery.
- Great for family, newborn, postpartum lifestyle, family, and more; offering more spacious opportunity to capture the flow of family life.
The Emerging Seasons Package
$405 CAD
10% discount compared to two regular 45 minute sessions when pre-booked and paid in advance.
- Two-session collection (45 minutes each) optionally encompassing the Maternity and Newborn transition, or other special moments (i.e. Fresh 48, Infant Feeding Journey, Family, Postpartum Lifestyle)
- Minimum 25 retouched, high-resolution digital images for each session (approximately 50 total) in photographer’s style will be shared via online gallery.

Save 10% compared to 6 individual mini sessions when booked and paid in advance
- Six 20-minute mini lifestyle sessions across baby’s first year. Sessions may include Maternity, Fresh 48 or Newborn/Postpartum, 3, 6, and 9-month milestones, and one year.
- Minimum 5 (up to 10) retouched, high-resolution digital images for each session in photographer’s style will be shared via online gallery. Total 30-60 images)
Birth Photography
$1495 CAD
- Birth photography is a unique and powerful way to honour the sacred transition of labour, bringing life earthside, and matrescence.
- Birth photography can be purchased as its own service, but it is also included in the full birth support package (see doula support offerings)

My name is Taylor Chinenere. I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Birth and Postpartum Doula, Matrescence Educator, Photographer—and a proud mother. It is my deepest honour to witness and capture the tender, transformative years of your family’s story, both through the lens of clinical care and that of an artist.
I believe birth, motherhood, newborn and family photography is a sacred art form—one that holds space for the transition of pregnancy, the first breath of new life, and the unfolding journey of matrescence.
